1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply when you use bytenamics.io, our customer portal and the demos on this website (together, the "site"). The site is run by Bytenamics ("we", "us"), through Bytenamics Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and its affiliates in Hong Kong, Vietnam and Malaysia.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for your company, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Our consulting services and products are provided under a separate signed agreement or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
2. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about Bytenamics, contact us and use your customer portal. You agree not to:
- break the law or anyone's rights while using the site;
- try to access accounts, systems or data you're not allowed to;
- upload malware, or disrupt or overload the site;
- scrape or copy the site at scale, or use it to build a competing service;
- send us false information or impersonate anyone.
3. Accounts and the customer portal
If we give you a portal account, keep your login details safe and tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used them. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account to protect the site, our customers or you.
4. Our content
The site's text, design, graphics, code and articles belong to Bytenamics or our licensors. You may view and share pages and quote short parts with a link back. You may not copy, sell or republish large parts without our written permission.
Our guides and articles are general information, not professional advice for your situation. AWS programs, pricing and rules change — check the current details with AWS before you act.
5. What you send us
When you send us information through forms, email or the portal, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it to reply to you and deliver what you asked for. Please don't send confidential or sensitive data through website forms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
6. Demos, estimates and AI features
The site includes interactive demos, such as savings estimates, AI idea finders and sample dashboards. They use sample data and simple assumptions. They are illustrations only — not quotes, offers or guarantees of results. A real estimate needs a review of your environment.
AI-generated answers in demos can be wrong or incomplete. Don't rely on them for important decisions without checking.
7. Trademarks and partners
Bytenamics and our logo are our trademarks. Amazon Web Services, AWS, AWS Marketplace and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Other names and logos belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse us, unless we say so.
8. Purchases through AWS Marketplace
If you buy a Bytenamics product or service through AWS Marketplace, AWS handles the billing and the terms in that listing or private offer apply to your purchase.
9. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as AWS documentation. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or remove parts of the site at any time. We aim to keep it available and secure, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about the site's accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims about the site is limited to SGD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim locally.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
